- Visiting hours in all departments are from 14:00 to 16:00 every day, so in order to respect the rights of patients, do not request to enter the department outside of the announced hours for visiting. Your patient and other patients are required to prevent you from entering the ward during non-appointment hours.
- Due to the fact that the patients in the ICU and CCU departments are under special care, except in special cases with the opinion of the attending physician and the head of the department, visits are prohibited and only the first degree relatives of the patient can visit during the visiting hours (every day from 15-16) if the head of the department deems fit and in special cases, meet with the patient.
 
- In order to maintain the health and comfort of hospitalized patients and also to prevent the transmission of infection to young children, avoid bringing children under 7 years of age to visit hospitalized patients and also avoid bringing natural flowers.
 
- Before entering the inpatient ward and during the hospitalization period, hand over all ornaments and valuables, mobile phones and belongings to the patient to one of your trusted companions. It is obvious that if any property belonging to the patient is lost, the hospital will not have any obligation to compensate your property.
 
 
The insurances of the contracting party with Sina Hospital include:
 
- Health insurance, social security, armed forces, prisons organization, Imam Khomeini Relief Committee (RA), Tehran Municipality, supplementary insurance.
 
- At the time of admission and discharge, it is necessary to carry a national card or a valid document with a photo with a national number and a patient insurance book with a valid date and sufficient form.
 
- During hospitalization, the patient identification bracelet is provided to the patients. Please wear it on the patient's wrist until the end of the hospitalization because the bracelet contains information that helps to accurately identify the patient and perform better treatment.
 
- Please deliver your documents to the department secretary immediately after admission.
 
- The charter of patient rights is installed in all departments.
 
- It is necessary to observe silence and maintain peace to avoid discomfort and anxiety of patients.
 
- The use of mobile phones is prohibited in all departments due to interference with the waves of medical equipment and respecting the peace of your patient.
 
- Do not leave the ward without informing your nurse.
 
- When sleeping and resting, pull up the bedside protector and if you don't know how to use it, ask the ward nurse.
 
- Patients are visited in the morning shift from 7:00 to 13:00 and in the evening and night shifts according to the patient's needs and the relevant nurse's information.
 
- If necessary, only the same-sex companion of the patient will be allowed to be in the patient's room. 
 
- The patient's companion card is issued daily through the information unit and under the supervision and coordination with the relevant department manager.
 
- In order to change the phone, do it between 14 and 19 hours.
 
- It is forbidden to have a companion in the special departments of the hospital due to the special sensitivity of these departments.
 
- The patient's diet is prescribed by the doctor and the type of food is determined based on the diet menu under the supervision of a nutritionist.

_Due to establishing order in the distribution of food and snacks to the patient and companion, please be present in the patient's room at the times mentioned above.
 
- In the event of a possible accident, while keeping your cool, pay attention to the emergency exit guide posted in the corridors of the inpatient ward and take action.
 
- Due to the fact that smoking leads to harm to your body and to patients and clients, and its use is prohibited in all places and environments of the hospital, and compliance with it is a sign of people's character, so strictly avoid its use.
 
- To discharge hospitalized patients, visit the central discharge unit between 11:00 and 14:30.
 
- In order for the patient to leave the hospital, it is necessary to have a discharge card.
 
- Payment of medical expenses according to the approved tariffs and through the card reader and only by the fund unit in return for the delivery of the computer bill, and refrain from paying any money to other units or persons.
 
- Avoid visiting outside of the designated hours.
 
- Cooperate with the physical security officers of the hospital to maintain order in the hospital.
 
- As much as possible, avoid bringing a private car to the hospital premises and coordinate with the physical protection office of the hospital if necessary.
